Tech Details

The J. Bouchon Block Series Cabernet Sauvignon is hand-harvested from Mingre, a dry coastal area in the Maule Valley. The ancient soils are composed of granitic rocks with a high degree of decomposition and low clay content. The wine is aged for 12 months, 70% in foudre and 30% in French oak barrels.
