Tech Details
Hand-harvested from the Naoki Vineyard in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. Cold maceration for 7-10 days; total maceration 45-50 days. Selected yeast and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aged in French oak for 12 months.
