Estate Cabernet from one of Napa Valley's oldest winemaking families.
Aromas of dark berries melded with sweet vanilla, rose petal and licorice. Full-bodied with gentle tannins and a lovely mid-palate.
Try pairing with garlic prime rib, mushroom pizza or turkey and herb stuffing.
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 20 months in oak, 70% new. Deep garnet-purple in color, it offers up fragrant notions of minted cassis, blackberry compote and spice cake with suggestions of cardamom and chocolate box. The full-bodied palate is rich and plush, packed with spicy black fruits and finishing with great length.Wine Advocate November 2020
