Aromas of dark berries melded with sweet vanilla, rose petal and licorice. Full-bodied with gentle tannins and a lovely mid-palate.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 20 months in oak, 70% new. Deep garnet-purple in color, it offers up fragrant notions of minted cassis, blackberry compote and spice cake with suggestions of cardamom and chocolate box. The full-bodied palate is rich and plush, packed with spicy black fruits and finishing with great length. Wine Advocate November 2020

Tech Details

Harvested 1/2 mile south of St. Helena on Lewelling Lane, an alluvial fan at the base of the western foothills. The soil is bale gravelly loam. Aged 20 months in 70% new French oak. Bottled unfined and filtered.
